Our Flexibility Promise 🏆
We guarantee you no charge for rescheduling your trip, up to 30 days* before departure. You have complete freedom to rearrange your trip without any cost**, up to 30 days before you’re due to depart. That means we’ll postpone your travel dates or make changes to your itinerary at no expense to you and with no questions asked.
We’ve also temporarily* extended our payment policy, so you pay your final instalment (80%) 30 days before arrival, instead of the usual 60.
As a highly personalised and service-driven company, Indian Excursions is keen to support all our guests in helping you to make the best possible decisions around your travel plans. Every guest’s situation is different, and so we always make recommendations on a case-by-case basis. As always, our primary priority is the health, wellbeing and happiness of our guests and staff, and we will continue to take any action necessary to support those travelling with us as fully as possible.
*Valid for all bookings made on or before 1st November 2021, for arrivals before 30th April 2022. You may move travel dates up to 31st March 2023.
**Additional charges may be incurred (or refunded) based on changes to your trip, such as accommodation and seasonal pricing.Â
Safe and Responsible Travel, Always
From 15th November 2021, unless you are medically exempt, everyone travelling with us must be fully inoculated against Covid-19. This is to ensure the safety of our guests and our guides, drivers and the local people you interact with along the way. And with select museums, restaurants and historical sites needing proof of vaccination to enter, our new requirement will ensure that our guests are not only protected but also that they can enjoy their time in India as seamlessly as possible.
A Note from our Co-Founders:
“As a tour operator, we are, of course, in no position to offer an expert view on how or when this situation will decrease. But we do know that we need to find a balance to counteract the levels of hyperbole. We must focus on caring for each other and the world we live in. Yes, extreme reactions to the virus might have an understandable basis, but there’s a real need to ensure our responses are sensible and measured…” Read the full note here.
