One thing that makes Ranthambhore National Park so magical is the remains of a thousand-year-old fort that are scattered through it.

This small Hindu shrine adorns the walls of Ranthambhore Fort, located within the park, on the way up to the revered Ganesha temple.

These ancient steps will take you up through the fort to the peak, for a fabulous birds-eye view of the jungle below.
